The Mathematics Content Standards document provides the full range of Mathematics standards for 5th grade. You will need this document to specify which CCSS to measure.
The 5th Grade PBA and EOY Evidence Tables and evidence statements describe the knowledge and skills that an assessment item or a task elicits from students. These are directly aligned to CCSS. You will need this document to specify which CCSS to measure, to clarify the task, and to identify applicable mathematical practices.
The 5th Grade Mathematics Performance Level Descriptors document will be helpful in providing information about what constitutes Level 5: Distinguished Command Math performance for Mathematics sub-claims. For example, a Level 5: Distinguished Command student understands and interprets products and quotients of whole numbers, etc. You will need this document to specify the performance levels of the assessment item(s).
